| this office has received the schools annual facilities report and it states in writing that all boilers are operational which is excellent news this office does not trust because the last time a report said everything was fine the marquee spelled a country that does not exist — office has therefore scheduled a walk through with the custodian next week not because anyone is accused of anything but because this office believes good news should be inspected like the county inspects our roads which is to say never but this office is not the county. if the boilers check out the office will apologize in the minutes which will be a first for a government document anywhere. — mayor alex | |

| alex inspecting good news being the plan is the plan mike volunteers for free because the shop has a rule about boilers: a boiler that reports itself as operational is either fine or lying and only a walk through tells you which and the custodian deserves a second opinion that does not cost the school anything — shop will bring the checklist from thread 42 and if the boilers check out mike will co sign the apology because mike has never seen a government apologize and wants to be in the room when it happens — week forty rolls on | |

| mike mike volunteering to inspect the good news being the offer is the offer this office accepts because the walkthrough now has an hvac man a custodian and a mayor which is a full inspection committee by county standards and a friendship by town standards — office will supply the coffee the custodian supplies the keys and mike supplies the checklist and the apology if earned will be handwritten in the minutes which the office notes is the only form of apology the county has never once attempted — mayor alex | |
