| October committee meeting agenda draft: (1) road resurfacing update, (2) fireworks budget, (3) leaf pickup schedule, (4) anything raised on this board that gets 5+ likes (yes I read this thing). Reply with your items and I'll add them. | |

| thanks for reading the board mr mayor. two items: (1) can we get the boat launch dock boards replaced before ice fishing season, a couple are soft near the end — took a kid nearly skating in yesterday. (2) motion to keep fireworks funding right where it is, dont touch it | |

| can we talk about the salt usage on town roads for the winter? wondering if it is going to be expensive for tax payers | |

| seconding chriscarlson on the launch dock boards — i practically live on that thing and the third one from the end is one boot-through from a lawsuit. also add: get the leaf mulch off the 206 shoulders before it slicks up the corners, my trailer fishtailed there last november | |

| good list forming here. chriscarlson + davekowalski: dock boards are going on the DPW list this week, safety item so it moves fast. edman: salt contract is bid every fall, prices are up statewide but we pre-bid so no surprise in the spring — i'll post the number when it comes in. fireworks funding stays. — mayor alex | |

| adding one mr mayor: the dumpster behind the firehouse is a garage-sale explosion again — same bin mike flagged in your intro thread. and i second chriscarlson on the dock boards, i can add it to the petition clipboard if it helps. — linda | |

| one more for the list: leaf burning season is coming and my sinuses are already filing a pre-emptive complaint. linda im with you on the firehouse dumpster — two weeks overflowing and its right by the walking route. also whoever keeps open-flipping my parked work van at 6am, the van is not a yard sale rack | |

| mike if you find out who open-flips your van tell them i want in, my tackle box situation is out of control. on topic though — leaf mulch off the 206 corners should happen same day the salt goes down, one pass with the sweeper, not rocket science. mayor thanks for putting the dock boards on the fast list | |

| davekowalski fair point on the sweeper — ill ask DPW to pair the 206 shoulder cleanup with the first salting run and report back at the meeting. mike: leaf-burning complaints go to the fire official, not me, but ill mention your sinuses by name, they deserve representation. — mayor alex | |
